In 2023, the Cleveland Cup used the old method of calculating handicaps where score differentials were multiplied by 0.96. For simplicity sake, Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) was not applied.
For the 2024 season, the league will use the current USGA method as detailed in the 7 slides below.

I just noticed that in the above handicap calculations, Legacy was counted twice — once for the regular season and once for the post-season — even when players carded one score at that course. Since no one caught it before the conclusion of the review period, including me, I guess it stands. This glitch has been fixed going forward.
